This year’s Train Show will be bigger and better than ever. Several new vendors will be joining the returning vendors to broaden the selection and depth of items for sale. Two buildings at the Danny Jones Armory Complex will house the Train Show. There will be homemade baked goods, bar-b-que sandwiches, beverages and other treats available during the event. Several operating layouts will be on display featuring CAMRC‘s traveling O, HO and N scale modules plus Garden Railroad displays, live steam locos and high-flying radio-controlled aircraft.

CSX Coal Train Through North Charleston

This is a hastily shot video of two CSX locomotives pulling a train through the Iron Dog district of North Charleston. CSX Coal Train through Iron Dog District of North CharlestonThis video shows the entire very long train of coal cars. About 8 minutes in length. Be forewarned, not much happens! Just a long string of coal cars.

Sorry for the fuzzy video, maybe I need to clean the camera lens. Or maybe it was the humidity. This was shot as I was sitting in my Triumph Spitfire with the top down on Rivers Avenue at about 5pm.
